Our wonderful stay in Banyan Tree Lang Co Vietnam
You drive away, into the greens. Big boulders and palmtrees. Seaview and nature.
When your eyes have enjoyed Hanoi and Hoi An and you’ve been kayakking in beautiful, mysterious Halong Bay, this is the place where you find rest, relaxation and delicious food.
Poolside, beach view, Tasteful Vietnamese or Italian food is the way to wonderfully relax. I still remember the genuine Vietnamese rice paper rolls and fresh veggies the chef prepared and we could roll lumpia’s by ourselves, with spicy sauce.
I recommend every single traveler to book a minimum of 3 nights in Banyan Tree Lang Co. Next time I would go longer, for sure.
After three days I look more than ten years younger. The unwinding, the private pool at the villa. Just to plunge, lay down and enjoy the view of the pond full of water lilies. Was it the fun of paper Lotus making in the Kids Club? The fun on the unicorn in the pool (Sorry, can’t share pics haha, but o, what a joy.)
Super kind and helpful staff, a boutique shop with all Banyan tree amenities and refined jewelry.
Wait till you go to The Thai restaurant ! When we entered and tasted the dishes no doubt: thischef is from Thailand! So super fresh and delicious.
Breakfast? This resort is a reason to return just for the healthy choices at breakfast! Chia pudding, dragon fruit, fresh fruits. Smoothies, granolas. My fav tea is now: the blue Vietnamese Butterfly Pea tea. Refinement and deliciousness.
Of course there’s champagne, mimosas, eggs any style, Vietnamese dishes and well, anything you can think of. Also nutella. And crepes. And it’s all delicious!
If there’s one highlight in our journey in Vietnam, it is coming ‘home’ in Banyan Tree Lang Co.
Right in the middle of Hoi An and Hue.
Top: location, nature, beautiful mountains combined with a perfect beach front.
Tip: don’t plan visits to Hue or Hoi An from here. Stay here in the nature and Enjoy unwinding, relaxing, tasting delicious food. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Book that Spa, you so deserved it.
